This rain cape is serious rain wear while at the same time being very stylish!  It is a cut above other rain wear in that it is constructed out of PUL, a fabric that is completely water proof even in a heavy rain water will not penetrate this fabric.  The fabric is easy to care for.  You can put this cape into the washer on warm or cold water and into the dryer on the warm setting.  The cape is designed to drap over the sides giving exellent coverage.
